All bookings are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, a copy of which can be sent on request. Should you decide to hold your event in TerWorm Castle, you will receive from us a final confirmation in two copies. The booking is finalised upon receipt of the singed confirmation contract.

Optional bookings
We would gladly arrange an optional booking for you, so that you can rest assured that the accommodation you requested will be available. An optional booking is valid for 2 weeks. In the likelihood that the option date for the accommodation of your choice can be definitively booked for third parties, we will first get in touch with you. Please inform us within 48 hours as to whether or not you would like to have the option converted into a definitive booking.

Definitive number of guests
The client shall confirm the definitive number of guests 2 weeks prior to the booking date. A reduction in the number of guests up to 10% of the anticipated number will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to booking date. All guest names and names of paying guests (groups) are to be provided to the hotel at least 7 days prior to arrival for hotel booking purposes.

Menu options
A la carte dining for group bookings of over 8 people is unfortunately not possible. Please select one menu for the entire group.

Advance payment and Payment conditions
We reserve the right to require advance payment in accordance with the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry. The paid amount will be deducted from the final invoice. The advance payment is due 2 weeks prior to the booking date. The final invoice will be sent after the event and is payable within 14 days of the date of issue. Advance payments exceeding € 10 cannot be paid in cash.

Cancellations
Party or event Cancellations notified over 4 weeks prior to the event will not incur a cancellation fee. Any and all cancellations shall be confirmed in writing. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to:
60% of the total booking value within 4 weeks prior to the event date
70% of the total booking value within 3 weeks prior to the event date
80% of the total booking value within 2 weeks prior to the event date
100% of the total booking value within 48 hours prior to the event date
100% of the total booking value in the case of a no-show

Liability for theft or loss
The management accepts no liability for damage in connection with theft, damage or loss of property in the rented rooms. These properties will remain in the rented rooms at the risk of the owner and/or party involved.

Published prices
Our prices are valid until 01-01-2010. All prices for drinks and food are inclusive of VAT. The prices of the hotel rooms and hotel packages are exclusive of tourist tax of € 1 per person. We are not responsible for price misprints.
