The first flowering buds herald the increasingly early arrival of spring each year, high-hanging fruit blossoming on the estate. Can you already feel the lovely warmth of the first spring sunrays? Asparagus, lamb and ... spring itch.

Enjoying summer in a sun-drenched South Limburg means biking, strolling and golfing. Kicking back at a sidewalk cafe in Maastricht or lazing by the canal of the castle. Mediterranean dishes and aromatic summer herbs grace our menu.

Autumn announces its seasonal entrance with dramatic displays of yellow, gold and red.
A flying pheasant marks the start of the game season. Mushrooms, truffles, wild boar and partridge. Altogether, the most beautiful season of the year for our kitchen brigade.

Wintertime. Gently falling snow.
The open fireplace spreads its warm glow. Glühwein, a nice cigar and a glass of single malt. Christmas bazaars, theatre visit or a brisk winter walk. Daydreaming about the spring to come… the first flowers blooming as early as February.
