Our Executive Chef & Andy Brauers and Chef Kilian Anders and his team delight you with refined dishes inspired by the seasons and local produce. Discover our Renaissance and Nature menus, with Nature being entirely vegetarian.

Prefer to choose your own dishes? Of course, you can also dineà la carte and enjoy our carefully crafted creations.
